ASG bearings and gears are important structural components of a gearbox. These are parts that often work under load and can wear out over time, in which case it is necessary to replace them. Gearboxes can also be replaced with new ones for the purpose of tuning the replica, for example, to increase its rate of fire. Inside the gearbox there are three gears, which together form a gear system. When the trigger is pulled, the contacts are short-circuited, starting the motor and gear system. The system includes a motor pinion, a center pinion and a piston pinion.
The motor pinion sets the center pinion in motion, and this sets the piston pinion in motion, which moves the piston and causes the spring to compress. The whole system works simultaneously. When a full cycle of the gears is executed, the connection between the piston and the piston pinion will break.
