InPost

• For purchases of at least 200 PLN, InPost delivery is free.
• For 15 PLN, you can buy the Next Day Delivery Guarantee.
• We recommend using the InPost app, where you can check the status of your parcel, extend the time for pick-up and redirect the package.

InPost Parcel Lockers® 24/7

• Parcels are delivered to the Parcel Locker of your choice and can be picked up at any hour.
• Parcels to a Parcel Locker can also be delivered on the weekend.
• In most Parcel Lockers, you can make payment by card on delivery.
• The parcel waits in the Parcel Locker for 48 hours to be picked up, with the possibility of extending this time in the InPost app.
• Parcel Lockers allow parcels to be picked up at pick-up points.

InPost Courier

• InPost courier makes two attempts to deliver the parcel.
• It is possible to redirect the parcel to a Parcel Locker if its dimensions do not exceed 41 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm.
• You can pay for the parcel by card on delivery.

InPost. Order by 23:00 - your parcel will be delivered the next day!

• Orders for parcels delivered to Parcel Locker or by courier, with next day pick-up, can be placed until 23:00.
• Next day delivery applies to products marked Shipping: Immediately.
• Next day delivery applies to orders placed from Monday to Friday inclusive.
• Weekend delivery is available only for Parcel Lockers. Some machines do not have this option available, you will see this information in the shopping cart.

InPost. Order by 18:00 on Sunday - your parcel will be delivered on Monday!

• Orders with InPost delivery on Monday can be placed until 18:00 on Sunday.
• Next day delivery applies to products marked Shipping: Immediately.
• Orders can be placed from 11:00 on Friday until 18:00 on Sunday.

DHL

• For purchases of at least 200 PLN, DHL delivery is free.
• For 15 PLN, you can buy the Next Day Delivery Guarantee.
• We recommend using the DHL app, where you can check the status of your parcel, extend the time for pick-up and redirect the package.

DHL Courier

• DHL couriers deliver shipments between 10:00 and 18:00.
• After receiving the package from the warehouse, the customer will receive a notification with the expected date and place of delivery.
• It is possible to pay by card on delivery.
• If the courier does not find anyone at the address given, the package goes to the nearest DHL POP (usually Żabka store, for prepaid packages) or the courier makes a second delivery attempt (for COD orders).

DHL POP points and DHL BOX 24/7 machines

• Packages are delivered to the selected DHL pick-up point.
• The parcel waits 2 days for collection.
• You can redirect the package from DHL courier to DHL points and machines.
• At machines and selected points, you can pay on delivery. By selecting a collection point when placing your order, you can display the points that accept payment on delivery.

DHL. Order by 5 PM - your package will be delivered the next day!

• To enjoy next day delivery, all products in the shopping cart must be marked "Shipping: immediately!".
• Choose delivery by DHL courier or pickup at the store, points or DHL BOX 24/7 machines.

DHL. Order by 23:00 on Sunday - your package will be delivered on Monday!

• Orders with Monday delivery can be placed until 23:00 on Sunday.
• Be sure to select products marked “Shipping: Immediately”.
• Choose DHL courier, points and DHL BOX 24/7 machines or delivery to a retail store.

DPD

• DPD delivery is free for purchases of a minimum of 200 PLN.
• DPD shipments are delivered from Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed by 6:00 PM on business days are delivered the next business day.
• For 15 PLN, you can purchase a Next Day Delivery Guarantee.
• We recommend using the DPD app, where you can check the status of your shipment, extend the pickup time, and redirect your package.

DPD courier

• DPD couriers normally deliver parcels between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• After the parcel has been picked up from the warehouse, the customer will receive a notification with the expected delivery date and location.
• Card payment available upon delivery.
• If the recipient is unable to collect the DPD parcel, the courier will usually make two delivery attempts. After the second unsuccessful attempt, the parcel will be taken to the nearest DPD Pickup point or DPD branch. The parcel will be held there for 3 working days.

DPD Pickup parcel lockers and DPD Pickup points

• Parcels are delivered to the selected point.
• The shipment will be waiting for collection from the parcel locker for 2 business days.
• DPD Pickup parcel lockers do not allow cash on delivery payments.
• The shipment will be waiting for collection at the DPD Pickup point for 7 business days.
• Card payments are accepted at DPD Pickup points upon collection.
• You can redirect your parcel from a DPD courier to DPD points and lockers.

ORLEN Paczka

• For purchases of at least 200 PLN, ORLEN Paczka delivery is free.
• Parcels are delivered to Orlen pick-up points and parcel machines.
• The customer receives an SMS with a code when the parcel is ready for collection.
• You can use the Orlen Paczka application.
• The parcel waits for collection 3 business days.

Retail store pickup

• Delivery to Militaria.pl stores is free.
• An order with pick-up in a retail store for a product marked with a shipping time of "immediately" is delivered on the next business day after order confirmation.
• An order with next day pick-up must be placed and confirmed by 23:00.
• If the order is placed on Friday by 14:00, the package will be ready for collection on Saturday (excluding store Wrocław Aleja Bielany).
• An order placed on Sunday by 23:00 will be available for collection on Monday.
• The package waits 5 days for collection.
• An order with retail store pick-up is not a reservation of store goods, it is shipped from the warehouse.

What should you do if a parcel is damaged?

• If you have received a parcel but the packaging is damaged or torn, or you suspect that items are missing from the parcel, first take photographic evidence. Photos of the damaged parcel are required to submit a claim to the courier company.
• Next, please inform us by email about the damaged parcel and attach the photos you have taken.
