Purchase and ownership of a air rifle

All windcheaters that can be purchased in our online store ARE AVAILABLE WITHOUT A PERMIT. These windcheaters have a kinetic energy of the fired bullet of less than 17 joules (<17 J) and, according to Polish law, they can be purchased and owned without a permit and registration. To buy them, you only need to be an adult.
Weapons and Munitions Act of 21 May 1999 is the legal basis, which confirms that a permit is not required for windcheaters with an energy of less than 17J.
There are no legal consequences to owning a windcheater, as long as we do not use it for an unauthorized purpose. However, we recommend being sensible in transporting windcheaters and choosing places to shoot. It is worth taking into account that not everyone relates favorably to this hobby and our sight may cause anxiety and nervousness in some people.
NOTE: Different countries may have different legal restrictions on the possession, use and purchase of products such as airsoft guns and AirSoftGuns. If you are ordering from abroad or traveling with merchandise purchased from us, it is incumbent upon you to know and comply with local laws.

Stun guns, alarm weapons and black powder weapons

All of the safety assortment that you will find in our store, as well as black firearms, are available without a permit - the only requirement for purchase is age of majority.

Expandable batons, airsoft guns and knives

There is no legal requirement to be of legal age to purchase an arisoft gun, knife or telescopic baton.
Expandable batons in our offer can be legally purchased and owned. You can find more information in in our study (in Polish).

The entire AirSoft Gun range can be acquired and possessed without a permit. No registration is required.

Any of the knives, swords, machetes we offer can be purchased and possessed without a permit.

Caution should be exercised when carrying and using the aforementioned assortment. Everyone looks at our hobby differently and the sight of a knife in a holster, an open truncheon or a plastic gun in our hand can cause anxiety and distrust.

Any action that causes an unlawful threat to the health or life of others or to their property may be associated with severe legal consequences. Remember that animals are also under legal protection - any unjustified violence against animals as well as their scaring is punishable in Poland.

Used equipment

Militaria.pl allows you to collect used equipment free of charge at the place of delivery of new equipment, as long as the used equipment is complete and of the same type and will perform the same functions as the delivered equipment, i.e. according to the "one for one" principle, e.g. a flashlight for a flashlight. The area of our stores does not amount a minimum of 400 m2, and therefore we have no obligation to accept free of charge used household equipment, none of the external dimensions of which exceed 25 cm, without having to purchase new household equipment.

However, we would like to inform you of such an obligation for retail units with a sales area measuring a minimum of 400 m2. Such stores are obliged to accept free of charge used household equipment, none of the external dimensions of which exceed 25 cm, without having to purchase new household equipment (at this unit or in its immediate vicinity).

Waste equipment can also be left at collection points organized by the municipality - a list of points is available on the websites of municipal offices.

If there is a crossed-out waste container symbol on the packaging or equipment, it means that the used equipment should be collected separately and not together with municipal waste.

Selective collection of waste equipment contributes to environmental protection by reducing emissions of hazardous components contained in equipment.

Militaria.pl may refuse to accept used equipment that, due to its contamination, poses a threat to the life or health of the persons accepting the used equipment. In such a case, the holder of used equipment should hand over to the collector of used equipment or the operator of a processing plant.

Collection of equipment applies only to orders processed by Militaria.pl.
