Change in warranty policy for Leatherman products

Dear Customers,

as an Authorized Distributor and Reseller of the Leatherman brand in Poland, we hereby inform you about the change in the service implementing the warranty of Leatherman brand products, which will take place on July 1, 2024. As of this date (hereinafter referred to as the Warranty Policy Change Date), the role of the entity implementing the warranty policy of Leatherman brand products in Poland will be taken over by Leatherman Europe GmbH, based in Ratingen, Germany.

What does this mean for you?

1. 1. In accordance with the implementation of Leatherman's distribution policy, as of this date, all warranty claims on Leatherman tools should be reported and sent only to Leatherman Europe GmbH, located in Ratingen, Germany.
2. 2. Warranty claims should be sent to the address:
   Raben Logistyka Kontraktowa
   c/o Leatherman Europe GmbH
   Gniewomierz 182
   59-241 Legnickie Pole
   from where they will be collectively sent to Leatherman Europe GmbH in Germany for the purpose of implementing the Leatherman multitools warranty.
3. 3. We regret to inform you that as of the Warranty Policy Change Date, FHTM sp. z o. o., the owner of the Militaria.pl does not mediate the warranty process between you and Leatherman Europe GmbH, nor is Militaria.pl responsible for implementing the warranty process for claims submitted to Leatherman Europe GmbH.
4. 4. As of the Warranty Policy Change Date, it is not possible to make a warranty claim for Leatherman tools at our stores or by shipping the tools to our headquarters.
5. 5. The change does not affect our other obligations to consumers. We remain committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases and providing you with the highest level of service.
