TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR POSTING PRODUCT REVIEWS

§1. General provisions

1. The Terms and Conditions set out the principles for the electronic provision of a service that allows Users to post reviews of products offered in the Militaria.pl online store, available at: https://militaria.pl/ (“Store”).
2. The Service Provider and owner of the Store is FHTM sp. z o.o., registered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001007605, NIP: 8971750736, REGON: 020921807, place of business and address for delivery: ul. Graniczna 8C, 54-610 Wrocław, e-mail: zapytania@militaria.pl, tel. +48 71 347 47 00 (“Service Provider”).
3. The Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the Store's website in a way that allows it to be obtained, reproduced, and recorded.
4. The review posting service is provided electronically and is free of charge.
5. Every User is obliged to read and comply with these Terms and Conditions before using the review form.

§2. Definitions

The terms used in the Terms and Conditions mean:

1. User – an individual using the review form available in the Store.
2. Product – a movable item or service available in the Store that is the subject of a review.
3. Review – a subjective statement of the User regarding the Product, consisting of at least 150 characters.
4. Rating – a star rating from 1 to 5 assigned to the Product.
5. Photo – a photo added by the User with the Review.
6. Video – a YouTube video linked by the User.
7. User Content – Review, Rating, Photo, Video and other submitted content.

§3. Technical conditions

1. To use the service, the following is required:
   1. device with Internet access,
   2. web browser supporting cookies and JavaScript,
   3. active e-mail address.
2. The Service Provider ensures proper operation of the service, subject to interruptions and external factors.
3. The User must use the service lawfully and in accordance with good practices.

§4. Conclusion and termination

1. The agreement is concluded when the User starts using the form.
2. The agreement ends when:
   1. the Review is submitted and moderated, or
   2. the User resigns before submission.
3. The Service Provider may block access or remove content if required.
4. Termination does not affect granted licences.

§5. Adding reviews

1. The User may add a Review via the form.
2. The Review includes:
   1. text (mandatory),
   2. rating (mandatory),
   3. signature (mandatory),
   4. photos (optional),
   5. video (optional).
3. The Review must be relevant and lawful.
4. Photos must relate to the Product.
5. Content is moderated before publication.
6. The Service Provider verifies purchase.
7. Verification is done via e-mail matching.
8. Verified reviews are marked accordingly.
9. Product usage is not verified.
10. Not all reviews are published.
11. Moderation is neutral.

§6. Prohibited content

1. It is prohibited to post content that is:
   1. illegal,
   2. violating rights or good practices,
   3. offensive or harmful,
   4. infringing intellectual property,
   5. containing personal data unlawfully,
   6. advertising or spam,
   7. irrelevant,
   8. misleading,
   9. malicious,
   10. a complaint.
2. It is prohibited to add media that:
   1. is not owned or licensed,
   2. shows people without consent,
   3. is illegal or inappropriate.
3. All content must be legally compliant.

§7. User statements

1. The User declares that:
   1. they own or have rights to the content,
   2. it is legally compliant,
   3. it does not violate rights,
   4. consents for image use exist,
   5. it is truthful.
2. The User is responsible for their content.

§8. Copyright and licence

1. The User grants a free, non-exclusive licence.
2. The licence is unlimited territorially and in time.
3. The licence includes:
   1. reproduction,
   2. storage,
   3. publication online,
   4. display,
   5. use in stores,
   6. technical modifications,
   7. translation,
   8. combination with other content.
4. Dependent rights are allowed.
5. Content may be published:
   1. with signature,
   2. anonymously.
6. The licence is free of charge.

§9. Moderation

1. The Service Provider may:
   1. refuse publication,
   2. suspend publication,
   3. remove content.
2. This applies in case of violations.
3. Minor edits are allowed.
4. Publication is not guaranteed.
5. Content may be removed later.

§10. Complaints

1. Users may submit complaints.
2. Complaint must include:
   1. user data,
   2. description,
   3. product/review reference,
   4. request.
3. Complaints can be submitted:
   1. by e-mail,
   2. in writing.
4. Response time: 14 days.
5. User is informed of the outcome.

§11. Personal data

1. Data is processed according to law.
2. Details are in Privacy Policy.
3. Users should avoid unnecessary personal data.

§12. Final provisions

1. Effective from 07.07.2026.
2. Polish law applies.
3. Terms may be amended.
4. Changes do not affect acquired rights.
