What are Club points?

We award KSK points to members of the Loyalty Club. Read below how you can get them and what you will receive for them!

Earning points

It's very simple. Points are added to your account every time:

• You make a purchase (the number of points for a product is shown on the product card)
• You add an evaluation of the purchased product

How to use points

You can exchange your collected points for a discount on your purchases: 2 point = 1 PLN discount. For example, when you use 30 Club points, you will pay 15 PLN less for your order. You can use points to pay for up to 30% of the value of your cart.

How to use MRC points in your cart?

1. Log in to your account and add products to the cart.
After logging in to your account, select the products you are interested in and add them to your cart.




2. Go to the cart
Click on the cart icon and then on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.




3. Find the REWARD POINTS section in your order
Here you will find information about:


• how many Club points you have,
• how many points you can use in your current order.



4. Activate your Club points
To reduce the value of your order, click the USE REWARD POINTS button. After clicking, the page will automatically refresh.




5. Check the order summary
At the bottom of the summary, you will see:


• the total value of your cart,
• the number of MRC points used,
• the discount amount,
• the final amount to be paid (order value reduced by Club points).



6. Place and pay for your order
If everything is correct, click ORDER AND PAY and proceed to payment.

Points in retail stores

If you want to use your points when shopping at one of our retail stores, show your Club coupon code to the salesperson before purchasing. The Club coupon is necessary to use your points at stationary stores. You will find it in your account right next to the summary of your Club points in the form of a discount code.

Display your individual Club coupon code on your smartphone in the form of a barcode to be scanned. For every two discount points, you get a 1 PLN discount. Points for purchases will be added to your account and the number of points used as a discount will be deducted. In your account you will also find a history of purchases using the Club coupon.

You will find the Club coupon code in your account right next to the summary of Club KSK points. To quickly move to the points tab, click on "KSK points".
