The SA-X01 Electric Submachine Gun Replica by Specna Arms is constructed from a combination of steel and high-quality plastic.

Featuring a 22 mm top RIS rail, the replica enables installation of various optoelectronic accessories. It is equipped by default with mechanical flip-up sights, including both a front and peep sight. The M-LOK system handguard makes it easy to mount additional tactical gear.

A PDW-style adjustable stock lets users tailor the replica’s length for optimal fit. The vertical grip enhances stability during fire, while the vertical grip, pistol grip, and butt plate are all designed with an anti-slip texture for improved handling.

Outfitted with the ESA2™ quick spring change system, the replica allows rapid and easy adaptation of power to field requirements without the need for tools—simply unscrew the receiver extension to replace the spring, eliminating the need to disassemble or remove the gearbox. An included M90 spring provides the option to decrease the standard muzzle velocity from 360 FPS down to approximately 310 FPS, perfect for customizing the replica for CQB environments.

At the heart of the replica lies the Orion gearbox with a main spring release feature, making use of reinforced internal components such as:
- a polymer piston with steel teeth,
- a sealed aluminum nozzle,
- an aluminum, double-sealed cylinder head,
