I considered for a long time whether to choose the Olight Perun 3. But apart from the proximity sensor and a somewhat nicer appearance, I didn't find any advantages over this Armytek. I cared about long flashlight operation at higher brightness, and although Olight has a much higher maximum output, it shines at that brightness for a very short time. Additionally, the Armytek is much cheaper and much lighter. Personally, another advantage for me is that it uses the same battery as the Convoy S2+, which I use on my bike.
