Lightweight and compact, the folding Every Day Carry knife (EDC) is crafted by acclaimed Brazilian knifemaker Flavio Ikoma.
Equipped with a Sheepfoot-style blade made from D2 tool steel, this knife delivers excellent edge retention. The blade features a flat grind and is treated with a Stonewash finish, minimizing reflections and giving it a distinctive matte look.
Blade deployment is activated by a flipper, with smooth, rapid opening thanks to a ball-bearing main pivot in the IKBS Ball Bearing Pivot system, paired with the award-winning Assisted Opening mechanism created by Ken Onion.
A pronounced recess in the handle increases operational safety, while a secure Deadbolt lock guarantees the blade won’t fold unintentionally. Jimping on the blade’s spine provides a stable grip and enhanced tool control.
The ergonomically contoured handle, crafted from glass-reinforced nylon, ensures both durability and lightness. A small hole at the handle’s end allows for convenient attachment of a lanyard or keychain.
A steel spring deep-carry clip offers practical everyday carry, enabling secure attachment behind a belt or on the edge of a pocket.
