Compared to the Opinel No.2 model, which is tiny and resembles a keychain pendant, the No.4 model is almost a real knife, although only slightly bigger. The blade does not bend, it is sharp. You can still attach it to your keys. Great gift idea for a guy :)
Compact, lightweight folding knife designed as a keychain, featuring a 50 mm long blade. Outfitted with a Clip Point blade profile crafted from INOX stainless steel and boasting a semi-matte finish. A full flat grind, paired with the slim blade thickness, delivers excellent cutting performance.
A notch on the blade allows for easy opening, while the Slip Joint mechanism secures safe use. The ergonomically contoured handle is made of lacquered hornbeam wood in a Dark Blue finish.

Militaria.pl is a premium dealer of Opinel.
Opinel is a French knife brand whose history dates back to 1890 in Savoy. The founder, Joseph Opinel, created the first folding knife, No. 08, which quickly became a symbol of everyday use thanks to its simplicity and functionality. In 1955, the Virobloc locking system was introduced, later modernized, which is still the hallmark of the brand today. In 1985, Opinel was recognized by the Victoria and Albert Museum as one of the 100 best-designed objects in the world, and the brand's knives also found their way into the MoMA collection in New York. Production takes place in Chambery, with an emphasis on quality and ecology - the wood comes from French forests and the waste is used to heat the factory. Among the famous users was Pablo Picasso, who used Opinel for carving, and the knives themselves have become a symbol of simplicity, durability, and the French lifestyle.

Very practical knife. Very sharp, light. Solidly made. Good keychain. Nice color. I added it to my keychain. I am satisfied with the purchase ;) I recommend it and encourage others.
-
Nice little knife, whenever there are some packages to open it’s perfect, it arrived very sharp, it doesn’t open during movement. Nothing to complain about.
-
This little Opinel is quite a gadget. Such a small thing on your keys can always come in handy. It's actually quite sharp. A nice purchase and fast shipping. I recommend shopping at militaria.pl.
-
Nice little knife. Perfect for attaching to keys. Good workmanship for the price. The only downside is the lack of a lock, although the knife has never opened by itself. Very sharp.
-
Expensive compared to a full-size Opinel knife, but well, it's a gadget, and gadgets always cost more. The quality is not inferior to the regular products from this company, and the keys with a red keyring are always visible.
-
Small, convenient for a backpack, good sharpness right out of the packaging. A great replacement for a paper knife when opening packages—it's small, but it really cuts well.
-
A very good little knife as a keychain, an excellent addition to an EDC pocket set. You need to be careful when using it as it is very sharp. The purchase and delivery, as usual, were very fast, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommended.
-
Great little knife, fits keys perfectly. The only drawback is that the blade has no lock. A small problem, I recommend it. It's great. You just have to choose the color yourself.
-
The knife is very neat and perfect for carrying as a keychain. Unfortunately, it does not have the standard locking system for Opinel knives. It could also be sharper, but you can improve that yourself.
-
An interesting idea for a sharp keychain. Several color options to choose from is a plus, proven and reliable construction. Also a great gift idea. I recommend it.
-
An interesting option as a keychain, always at hand when you need to cut something, etc. A more affordable competitor to the Victorinox Classic.
-
Very sharp little gadget for your keys.
