The Silva Scout headlamp offers strong white light, which works great for working in the forest at night. Unfortunately, the red light is quite weak—it’s enough for reading a map, but in darker places, like an unlit cellar, it lacks power. For my needs now, I would choose another model. If someone only needs white light, they will be very satisfied.

For a mid-range product at around 150 PLN, it’s fine. Tested at night, it doesn’t glare harshly, the red light is OK for reading maps or making notes, works fine. If your budget isn’t too big, I recommend it.

Great headlamp from the lower-mid price range. It offers more than a cheap supermarket lamp, but without unnecessary features. Two lighting modes: one strong focused beam and one wide beam that isn't blinding. Well made, batteries included in the set, I hope it will do its job in practice. The only thing missing could be other operating modes—flashing red light, SOS blinking, etc.—but at this price, the competition usually doesn't offer these either.
