Schrade Uncle Henry Steelhead Fillet Fixed Blade Knife
Filleting knife with a Full-Tang construction, that is suitable for both outdoor activities and use in the home kitchen. It features a flexible blade with a length of 19.1 cm made of high-carbon stainless steel. The slim handle combined with the long, narrow blade makes the knife ideal for filleting fish.
The ergonomic handle of the knife is made of Delrin plastic and reinforced with a nickel-silver bolster. At its end, there is a lanyard hole, allowing for convenient and safe knife carrying. The set includes a leather sheath for belt carrying.
