CRKT, or Columbia River Knife and Tool, is an established American company that produces high-end knives. Their product range includes CRKT tactical knives - folding knives that combine compact size and very high durability. For this reason, they are recommended, among others, to uniformed service personnel and others looking for a sturdy and durable knife with a tactical appearance and folding design. CRKT offers such models as the M21-04 and the Kit Carson-designed M21-14, along with subsequent revisions.
The M21-14 model is distinguished by its spear point head, which is similar in appearance to a dagger, and two hilts that effectively prevent the hand from slipping on the blade. Another very interesting knife is the CRKT Provoke, designed by Joe Caswell. This model is stylistically similar to karambit-type knives, but has a decidedly more futuristic look. It features a Hawkbill blade made of high-aggressive steel and Kinematic technology, which allows the knife to be opened instantly with just the thumb.
CRKT tactical knives - folding knives feature an advanced system that prevents accidental folding of the head. In many models you will find the proven liner lock, which is additionally secured by the AutoLAWKS system. The blade is locked automatically, and releasing the lock requires the use of the fuse lever, which has been located on the front of the knife.
