If you don't want to go deaf at an indoor range when someone's shooting an AK next to you, buy these. 32 dB is the maximum you can get in active headphones. And the price is attractive.
3M Peltor Protac Shooter SNR 32 dB Active Hearing Protectors - Green
Active hearing protection devices powered by two AA batteries enable users to perceive ambient sounds up to 82 dB. Upon detection of sudden noises such as gunshots, integrated microphones capture the sound and advanced internal electronics instantly attenuate dangerous noise levels to a safe threshold. Users benefit from sustained situational awareness and clear communication, even amid intensive firing.
High level of attenuation and energy saving
In accordance with European standards for Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), which defines anticipated levels of acoustic attenuation, the ProTac Hunter protectors deliver an attenuation rating of SNR 32 dB. To optimize power efficiency, the electronics initiate an automatic shutdown after 4 hours without activity. Should the battery charge drop to a low level, users are alerted by a distinct voice notification.
Button arrangement and volume control
Convenient control buttons located on one of the muff cups enable power on/off functions and volume regulation. Subtle ambient noises can be amplified. An adjustable headband guarantees a secure and comfortable fit, while soft ear cushions offer comfort, even during extended periods of use.
3.5 mm audio input
Featuring an external 3.5 mm audio input, the protectors enable connectivity with equipment such as smartphones or two-way radios.

Militaria.pl is a premium dealer of Peltor.
Peltor is a Swedish brand founded in 1950 by Thore Palmaer, considered a pioneer in the field of hearing protection. Initially, he created the first set of headphones that enabled communication in noisy military environments while protecting the operator's hearing. Peltor is now part of the 3M group and provides specialist solutions for industry, the armed forces, aviation, and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the brand's most important innovations is the ComTac system, used by the armed forces since the late 1990s, which protects hearing while maintaining awareness of the surroundings through digital noise cancellation and amplification of quiet sounds. Another groundbreaking product is the WS Alert XPV, the world's first self-charging Bluetooth safety headphones that recharge with solar energy thanks to Powerfoyle™ technology. This solution greatly reduces or completely eliminates the need for manual charging.

They're good! A bit large, but that's understandable with such solid dampening. Conversations are clearly audible, shots dampened. Worth every penny. Good gear made in Sweden, not China. I've used them for 5 years, practically twice a month for 1.5 hours, and they're fine—no problems.
-
They look big and uncomfortable, but they are light and don't squeeze. The only drawback is that the materials they are made from look as if they were from a cheap fair. The plastic looks super tacky.
-
Excellent for an indoor range, especially when there's a series from a centerfire gun. They dampen very well. Yes, they can be a bit of an issue when aiming a rifle/shotgun—but that's more a matter of getting used to the fit. The active mode cutoff could be increased—in my case, during a discussion with a judge, the headphones suddenly turned off and I thought they broke, but they just switched off after a bit over an hour at the range. For this price range, I totally recommend.

Great ear protectors. You can have a normal conversation at the shooting range, and they dampen the sound of gunshots very well. The only downside is their width, which can be a bit of a nuisance when shooting a rifle. You just need to adjust your position properly.
-
Very good headphones. After a few visits to the shooting range, I can say they really do the job. It's worth adding 200-300 PLN and not buying "weird" alternatives.
-
Great protectors. After a year of use, no complaints.
-
Great ear protectors. I recommend them.
-
Some of the best ear protectors. I heard you need to be careful because unfortunately these are often counterfeited and it can be hard to tell the original from the copy. There are entire threads about this on the forum.

Peltor Protac Shooter headphones are the best hearing protectors I've had. They dampen loud shots very well and also have great volume control. They have soft cushions, so you can wear them for many hours.
-
They do their job very well.
-
For me, it's the best choice. I tried Hunter and SportTac. The Shooters dampen the best. Hunter is a bit worse (because it's thinner). SportTacs have the best electronics. Shooters are the best choice between price and performance. I recommend and greet you.

In my opinion, the protectors are phenomenal, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. After a dozen or so sessions, they're working very well. They dampen the sound of shots very well, and conversations are also clear. I spent a long time figuring out which to choose, but I don't regret it and recommend 100%. Tested at an indoor range.

Very good ear protectors, they are big but because of that they dampen very well. I have a second pair, Earmor M31, which are thin and fit long guns well, but they don't dampen as well as the Shooters.
-
I use them at a container shooting range. They dampen excellently, and right after a shot, normal sound is instantly restored. They don't have any delay like even more expensive competitors. I've tried many protectors; these are the best.
