Air Rifle Air Arms 10M Precision 4.5 mm Ambi is an upgraded version of the S400 MPR - a renowned English Air Arms match air rifle praised for its features. Engineered specifically for FT (Field Target) shooting, the model puts a premium on accuracy and shot consistency.
To guarantee superior precision, the rifle is equipped with a barrel of ideal length (474 mm) designed for medium-weight pellets in 4.5 mm caliber. This configuration delivers outstanding accuracy as well as shot-to-shot consistency, achieved through an innovative self-regulating valve system that precisely manages air volume.
Falling into the group of the most advanced PCP (Pre-Charged Pneumatic) pellet rifles, the gun operates using compressed air stored in a cylinder beneath the barrel to propel the pellets.
CAUTION!!!
Operating PCP air rifles requires access to a compressed air source:
- A cylinder that is refillable with a PCP charging set,
- or charging can be accomplished using a pump.
The air introduced into the rifle’s reservoir should always be dry to safeguard against internal corrosion. Always charge the tank to around 30 BAR, ensuring optimal self-sealing performance.
For safety of both shooter and air rifle, the cartridge is designed to automatically depressurize if the maximum recommended fill of 250 BAR is exceeded, safely releasing surplus air. Surpassing the allowable filling pressure may, in extreme circumstances, irreparably damage the cartridge.
Pellet loading is performed by pulling the bolt—patterned after a small-bore rifle—backwards and inserting the pellet into a dedicated chamber. Return the bolt to its forward position to prepare the rifle for firing.
Ambi stock (bilaterally symmetrical) features full adjustability: the butt plate (rubber or metal option) can be adjusted vertically, and the cheek piece adjusts both vertically and horizontally, enabling a tailored fit for individual needs. This stock design ensures comfort for both left- and right-handed users. The forend is crafted from light poplar wood, finished with a durable semi-matte lacquer. Additionally, a mounting rail is included to attach a bipod.
Vertical pistol grip offers etched texturing at the contact point, delivering both an attractive appearance and enhanced grip control to prevent slippage.
Barrel terminates with a compensator to reduce recoil and minimize vibration as the pellet exits the barrel.
The rifle includes precision mechanical sights: a front sight affixed to the compensator and a diopter sight featuring four interchangeable inserts and a two-piece mounting rail in the 11 mm.
standard. 3D trigger adjustment makes it possible to individually tune trigger travel, lighten pull force, and adapt to varying finger lengths.
Carbine version fitted with a rubber butt plate.
The package provides a connector for dual charging options. A built-in manometer, located underneath the stock, helps prevent accidental overfilling of the air reservoir.

Air Arms is a British brand operating since 1983, specializing in the production of spring and PCP air rifles. The company quickly gained recognition thanks to the TX200 model, which is still considered one of the best spring air rifles in the world. A distinctive feature of the brand is the use of cold-rolled barrels and precision adjustable trigger mechanisms. Air Arms was one of the first companies to introduce a multi-shot magazine system for PCP air rifles, which significantly increased the comfort and speed of shooting. The brand is associated with award-winning shooters such as Andy Calpin, a legend in the Field Target discipline, and James Osborne, a multiple champion and representative of the world's elite. Series such as the S400, S410, Pro Sport, and HFT 500 are recognized worldwide.
