Constructed from lightweight yet highly durable 210D nylon featuring a Rip-Stop weave, the backpack is reinforced with UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) fibers for enhanced strength. This material offers outstanding resistance to wear, abrasion, and tearing. Thanks to the Rip-Stop structure, the fabric resists unraveling or fraying even when locally damaged. An additional coating shields the backpack from moisture and dirt.
A zipper secures the backpack, while side compression straps enable the load to be cinched tightly, keeping it close to the back and enhancing control and stability. The main compartment is equipped with an internal pocket for a hydration bladder compatible with the Alpinus H2O system, with a tube outlet positioned at the top.
On the exterior, a ventilated pocket is dedicated to transporting wet items. The design features two large side pockets crafted from stretch mesh, ideal for items such as a water bottle, as well as two small pockets integrated into the hip belt. Straps and loops are provided for attaching additional gear on the outside of the backpack.
The carrying system incorporates adjustable shoulder straps along with a chest and hip belt, ensuring balanced weight distribution while traversing difficult terrain. The backpack offers the option to fully remove the chest belt to accommodate individual preferences. Enhanced wearing comfort is provided by soft foam padding on both the shoulder straps and the back panel. Strategic cross ventilation channels in the back panel facilitate excellent airflow, promoting increased comfort during prolonged use.
Enhanced visibility during nighttime movement or in conditions of poor lighting is provided by Alpinus Safety reflective elements. The backpack is also equipped with a deployable rain cover.
