The hardened expandable baton measures 30 centimeters in length and features the advanced Disc Loc locking mechanism. Engineered for lightweight handling, the baton utilizes innovative construction and materials to retain the impact force expected from a full-size duty baton.

The striking section is crafted from premium hardened 4140 steel, delivering 25% greater strength than standard 4130 steel used in most batons. Both the central shaft and the handle use robust 7075-T6 aluminum, known for its resistance to damage. Finished with a high-durability Black Chrome coating, the baton offers exceptional resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The blend of materials achieves a lightweight yet powerful self-defense solution.

Slim diameter allows for low-profile carry, fitting easily on a belt or in a pocket. The Nexus Clip features an adjustable design for versatile belt attachment, facilitating effective concealment under clothing. The handle employs the Crosstec Knurled Grip texture for a secure hold, ensuring fast, snag-free deployment without a rubberized layer for minimal friction with gear or apparel.

Closing the baton requires no striking against hard surfaces or use of additional force. The innovative Disc Loc locking mechanism is disengaged with a button at the end of the handle. Dual pairs of interlocking disc halves, powered by internal springs, lock into the inner slots of the baton’s segments. Releasing the lock is performed through a steel rod linked to the button.
