Talon Infinity is constructed from hardened 4130 steel. In the Infinity version, the steel is further protected with a Black Chrome finish, delivering superior corrosion resistance. The foam handle effectively absorbs shock during impacts and provides a secure, comfortable grip throughout use.

Talon features a state-of-the-art expandable baton design, enabling collapse without having to strike against a hard surface or apply excessive force. This is achieved by an innovative DiscLoc locking mechanism, released by pressing a button located at the base of the handle.

The DiscLoc mechanism operates through two pairs of overlapping disc halves, which, thanks to spring pressure between them, engage with notches inside the baton’s segments. Unlocking is executed via a steel rod linked to the handle button.

An additional key advantage of the ASP Talon baton is the capacity to extend and lock the sections without swinging the baton. A simple pull on the baton’s protruding tip is all that is required. This feature proves invaluable for silent and discreet deployment or in environments that restrict swinging, such as:
