The paracord is really sturdy and of good quality. I used it to fasten guy lines to my tarp. I have the impression that the cord is very durable and I have no fears that it will break. Personally, I don't like cords with reflective strands – I know they help you avoid stepping on them in the dark, but I prefer when my camping gear blends in with the surroundings. I prefer to remember where they are and be careful at night so I don't trip over them.
