Benchmade is a bit pricey, a butterfly knife is not cheap. But the knife is very good – excellent steel, sharp as it should be, comfortable in the hand despite its relatively small size. I definitely recommend it!
Lightweight folding knife EDC (Every Day Carry) crafted by Australian knife designer Warren Osborne. Featuring a blade in a Reverse Tanto profile, forged from premium CPM-S30V steel with a hardness rating of 58-60 HRC, renowned for exceptional corrosion resistance, durability, and superior edge retention. The blade displays a satin finish for a refined, semi-matte look.
Equipped on the blade is an ambidextrous thumb stud for fast, effortless one-handed deployment. Secure handling is ensured by the dual-sided Axis Lock, which reliably prevents unintentional blade closure during use.
Contoured handle scales constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum are finished with a non-slip texture for improved grip. The handle is further enhanced with a steel tip-up clip that can be repositioned to either side, allowing safe and adaptable carry, such as in a pants pocket.

Benchmade Knife Company is an American brand founded in 1988 by Les de Asis in Oregon, with roots dating back to the 1970s when it operated as Bali-Song. The company became famous for producing folding and combat knives, and its butterfly logo refers to the first balisong models, which were awarded the title of Knife of the Year in 1979. Today, Benchmade manufactures knives in three lines: Blue Class, Black Class, and Gold Class, using modern powder steels such as S30V, M390, and CPM-20CV, and the patented Axis Lock, valued for its reliability and smooth operation. Among the brand's icons are the Griptilian, Bugout, 940 Osborne, Infidel, and Bushcrafter models, and the company regularly collaborates with renowned knifemakers such as Mel Pardue, Warren Osborne, and Ernest Emerson. Benchmade was the first knife manufacturer in the US to implement fully automated CNC production, achieving unprecedented precision and repeatability in the industry.

I like it very much, it feels great in the hand and is very comfortable to use. The blade is dedicated more to tough work, so it's not as sharp as a razor compared to many Spyderco models. In real life it is much smaller than in the photos, which is a big plus. I highly recommend it!

Great knife. Ergonomics 10/10. However, the build quality compared to WE or even Civivi, is lacking. Considering the price and the workmanship, regardless of the history of this knife, 3/5.

Small, neat little knife, almost invisible, with wonderful quality! Much smaller than the older brother, but very handy even for my big hands. The key is the fantastic lock and the smoothness with which the blade moves. Wonderful purchase!

Sharp, slim, and fast. Fits well in the pocket, almost weightless. Sometimes I forget I have it on me. The handle scales aren't slippery and it's enjoyable to click. Great!
