The product is completely useless. Dogs hear the sound but do not react to it at all, even after placing the device right next to the animal's ears. Thank you for quickly processing my claim and refunding my money.

In my opinion, the device works well as additional support, but not as a solution to all problems. It works on some dogs – they stop, walk away, or lose interest in approaching. However, there are also dogs that are not much impressed by it, especially when they are excited or already very close. That’s why I use it only as a tool to gain a few moments and maintain distance, but I don’t consider it reliable protection. The device works more effectively if you point it towards the dog and use it early enough, not just at the last moment. It’s worth noting that in strong wind or loud noise, its effect may be weaker. For calmer walks in the area, the device works, but it’s still better to have an alternative plan and not rely on it alone.

The ultrasonic dog repeller is a small, lightweight, handy, and easy-to-use device. It works on domestic dogs, but hasn’t been tested on unfamiliar, large, or aggressive dogs—hopefully, there will be no need for that.
