In real life, the colors are more earthy—they somewhat resemble UCP that's been stained with tea. I have one comment about the camouflage: after soaking and in low light, the shorts start to look similar to the Ukrainian MM-14. I'm 178 cm tall, weigh 72 kg, and have an 82 cm waist; size M is perfect, though the shorts are quite narrow in the thighs. This causes the legs to ride up during movement in water. They could be wider, but a larger size would require tightening the waist more, which would be uncomfortable. For this and the material, I deduct one star each. The material has its pros and cons: it dries quickly, doesn't chafe, doesn't fade after many washes and contact with chlorinated water. Unfortunately, you get cold in these shorts very fast—within a few minutes after leaving the water it gets chilly, especially at an indoor pool. I wouldn't recommend them for lakes or outdoor pools. The fault lies in the material: 100% polyester is thin, dries quickly, but insulates poorly. Compared to other shorts, these have a looser, canvas-like weave, so they absorb water faster. As for the pockets—the rear zip pocket is great. The side ones are adequate, but if they were deeper, they would turn inside out after submersion and it would be harder to use them (wet hands and the plastic mesh aren't convenient when pulling out small items).

The shorts are fine, as described, and the quality is acceptable. The biggest downside for me is the shallow pockets, and that's why I'm taking off a star ;)

As far as shorts go, Brandit is my favorite company. I bought Mil-Tec Swimming shorts (also size S), but in those I look like I'm wearing my older brother's shorts. These are great :-). The pockets are also cleverly designed.

Great shorts, comfortable, loose, and they look very nice with this camouflage. They will come in handy for spring and summer. They also look really cool with my camo top. A very good purchase.

Very nice swimming shorts. The zippered pocket is a big plus. The material is very good. The product has been checked and is worth recommending. It's OK.

The shorts are really nice. Tested at the swimming pool, they perform flawlessly. The sizing is okay for me. The material is good, I can honestly recommend them.

Overall nice, decent material and breathable. It's good that there is a fairly deep back pocket, because the side ones are terrible, they are so shallow that literally nothing will fit in them, without fear that it will fall out at the first move or when sitting down. As if they weren't there at all. That's one star less.

Nice shorts for summer. Suitable for both wearing and swimming. They dry very quickly, the material quality is good, and they are resistant to abrasions. The perfect length, just above the knee.
