The rating might not be very accurate because the weather this year has been mild and the jacket didn’t have to be used during sudden downpours. But in moderate rain, it has worked great so far. It's lightweight, breathable, in the backpack it basically doesn’t weigh anything and doesn’t take up space. My old poncho was heavier and looked like a potato sack ;)
A lightweight, breathable jacket constructed from rugged nylon with Omni-Tech technology delivers reliable protection against both rain and wind. Outfitted with the Omni-Tech membrane, the jacket achieves a waterproof rating of 10,000 mm H2O and a breathability rating of 10,000 g/m2/24h.
Secured with a zipper closure, the jacket features two hip pockets for easy storage and transport of small essentials. An integrated hood with adjustable drawstring and a high collar shield the head and neck from the elements, providing defense against rain and chill.
Cuffs equipped with Velcro fasteners and a bottom hem with an elastic drawcord and stopper allow for individual adjustment to fit the wearer. A dedicated protective panel at the chin guards against abrasion.
The Watertight II model incorporates a self-pack design, enabling compact storage within one of its side pockets.

I am impressed by this jacket, which not only protects against moisture, which is rare these days even among "waterproof" jackets. This one also provides good protection against the cold.

Not yet tested in action but it looks great, it's very light and makes a very good impression. Bought a bit bigger so you can fit something else under the jacket. Well made, I hope it won't let me down in the mountains.

I received it as a gift. The jacket is of very good quality. It protects from rain, is very light and thin. For a rain jacket, it breathes quite well. A big plus for the option to fold the jacket into its own pocket, you then have a small bag that you can fit almost anywhere. The size chart is perfectly accurate. I recommend the Militaria store, the highest quality service.

I was looking for a lightweight jacket with a membrane that I could keep in my backpack at all times, to use in case of unexpected rain and as an extra layer for evening returns home. This one has a membrane, no unnecessary insulation, and the inside is lined with mesh. You can roll it up into its own pocket, which makes packing it into a backpack easier. It rolls up into a zippered bundle measuring 25cm x 16cm x 6cm, which you can compress a little more to make it flatter. Size L weighs 409g. I know there are lighter ones, but they cost a lot more. So far I've used it a few times, but not in the rain yet. There are no vents, like under the arms or on the back, which may negatively affect breathability. Unfortunately, jackets that have this feature and a reasonably good membrane are much more expensive. There's also no possibility of tucking the hood away into the collar. This is a simple model, with no frills. Overall, it makes a good impression, is well made, the zipper moves smoothly and goes high up the neck, it rustles a bit when walking but isn't super noisy. A plus is the discreet "Stone Green" color and the fact that there are no reflective elements that glow at night.
