I needed a small set for cleaning short firearms in .22 caliber, which can also be put into a pocket and used for preliminary cleaning at the shooting range. The clip allows you to attach the set to your pants pocket or backpack. As for the basic cleaning elements, this product fully meets these requirements. What can be improved in this set? First of all, wrap the elements with a cotton cloth - they won't rattle in the tube and the cloth will come in handy for cleaning anyway. The tube caps have sealing O-rings, but it won't be waterproof because the rod assembly is not sealed, it's just fixed with a spring washer. You also need to be careful with the rod elements—if they are not screwed tightly together, they can break at the thread...
