Nice look. Good quality. The only downside is that it slips in the hand.

A lightweight, neat, and handy little hatchet for smaller trips, initially moderately sharp, but still gets the job done even without that. Lacquered wood, as expected, is a bit slippery in the hand. Despite that, it's still great.

A neat little hatchet which, thanks to its simple handle, provides a solid base for modifications. When fitting the handle, however, I recommend using a rubber mallet and securing it well by wrapping it with paracord, which will also provide some protection against direct impacts on the wood. It arrived moderately sharp, but that's forgivable, especially since not everyone will want to use the edge on the 'beard'—so you can sharpen it as you wish. In sum, the only downside is the lack of a leather sheath in the set.
