The replica may look cool, but it has quite a few problems: 1. The replica only supports magazines from Ares, which are hard to find even on foreign websites, and the manufacturer does not plan to produce them anytime soon. 2. Finding a suitable battery cost me some nerves and a lot of returns (and I still didn't find the ideal one), as the battery compartment is very small and tight and is located in the gun's body above the gearbox. Only the Gens ace 11.1V 25C 1400 mAh (I don't recommend it anyway—I'll keep searching—the width and height are good, but it's too long) somewhat fits, but you still have to force it to connect and disconnect, especially when inserting and removing the connected plug inside the replica to close the cover—all the wires are bent and twisted—it's only a matter of time before they break. Additionally, with the above-mentioned battery inside the replica, you cannot fully pull the bolt catch to set the hop-up, because something starts to snag on the battery :) (by the way, the battery is not included with this replica). 3. The battery compartment closes with a rubber plug with grooves that must snap into metal tabs—I don't think this protects such a sensitive part of the replica very well, and I add that it's very easy to push it inside the opening. 4. As with other SCARs, you can raise the cheek rest on the stock, but on this replica, the higher you lift it, the more exposed the plug from point 3 becomes—although even if the rest is completely closed, the top part of the plug is still exposed. 5. The original included magazine has play when connected to the replica, and so does the stock.
