CM048A assault rifle replica is constructed from a combination of steel, metal, and durable polymer, ensuring high build quality. Steel has been used for the receiver, gas tube cover, bolt cover, and muzzle device, while smaller components are made from a zinc-aluminum alloy. The pistol grip, handguard, and stock are crafted from durable polymer with a matte black texture.
Unlike classic AK versions, the CM048A model has been upgraded with a contoured pistol grip for enhanced handling, as well as a handguard with a gas tube cover. Additionally, both parts feature 22 mm RIS mounting rails, allowing for the installation of accessories such as optics, flashlights, or tactical grips.
The replica includes a fixed stock, which contains a storage compartment accessible by unscrewing the butt plate. On the left side of the receiver, there is a side dovetail mounting rail, designed for attaching optics or an additional RIS rail.
