I think I have all Naval's books and most of them are decent. Unfortunately, this one is a bit of a poor handbook of shooting basics. It's better to watch a few videos online than try to imitate the photos from the book. Publishing such a book is more of an idea from the 90s, when the internet was just starting out.
Naval, once a locksmith and welder hailing from Racibórz, aspired to join the ranks of Poland’s most elite military unit. Within the book "Naval's Extreme Shooting Range", readers are introduced to the fundamentals of firearm operation, focusing primarily on recreational and sports shooting. The guide also illustrates the use of firearms for intimidation and personal protection.
Our mission centers on promoting education and sharing expertise in the safe and responsible use of firearms in civilian settings. Tactical or combat shooting—disciplines best left to highly trained military and law enforcement professionals—are not our focus. While numerous skills overlap between sport and combat shooting, our emphasis lies on the secure handling and operation of firearms such as pistols and carbines.

The book is definitely dedicated to beginner shooters, but it's published in such an interesting way that even more advanced shooters will find it a good review of the basics that are often forgotten over time.

Naval wrote that you can't fit everything in one book, so they only write what's most necessary... However, if with the book's format... they reduced the font size by even half (it would still be legible), and reduced the size and number of photos by at least half (since most add nothing), there would be more room for knowledge. As it is... the book is out and the money's been collected. The knowledge included is useful but only and exclusively intended for beginners in shooting. If it had an autograph, it would be worth its price.

As a layman, I think the book is okay and quite interesting. We learn basic information about firearms and how to handle them.

The book is rather intended for shooting enthusiasts, written in a very accessible language, richly illustrated, explaining the basics and dispelling certain shooting myths. I highly recommend it.
