Segments of the baton are produced using cold-drawn seamless tubes adhering to CSN 12 060=CK55 – DIN 17200, C55E – EN 10083-1 + A1 standards, manufactured from Cro-Mo 4130 steel. The steel baton segments have been hardened to a level of 40 to 50 HRC and are coated with a chrome finish in silver, offering exceptional abrasion resistance.
The knurled handle is made of black-lacquered steel. This version delivers a secure grip while remaining easy to conceal. Absence of a rubber grip facilitates carrying the baton behind the belt or loose in pockets and enables swift deployment without excessive snagging or friction against gear or clothing.
Equipped with a detachable steel clip, the baton can be securely attached to a belt or pocket edge – similar to tactical folding knives.
