Rugged 16 inch (41 cm) expandable baton featuring an innovative Easy Locking System and a Triangular Ending ring designed to prevent rolling on smooth surfaces. Serves as a reliable instrument for self-defense, enabling strikes, joint locks, and chokes, as well as breaking obstacles or shattering glass during emergencies.

Cold-drawn seamless tubes made from CSN 12060 = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 grade Cro-Mo 4130 steel serve as the material for the baton segments. Owing to its composition of chromium and molybdenum, this steel endures significant tensile, bending, and impact forces. Baton segments are further protected by a black nickel-zinc (Ni-ZN) coating, notable for its high resistance to abrasion, and are hardened to achieve a 40-50 HRC hardness.

The handle features a contoured, ergonomic H (Anti-slip) grip with a textured, non-slip surface, constructed from synthetic, hypoallergenic rubber to ensure a secure and reliable hold.

The Easy-Lock mechanism enables the baton to be deployed in two distinct manners: either with the traditional flick or by pulling the end of the rod. The secondary method is ideal for situations where a full swing is not possible or when subtlety is required. The baton can be retracted single-handedly—simply disengage the Easy Lock by pressing the button at the base of the handle and fold the bar while bracing the tip against any surface.
