ESS Crossbow Suppressor 2X Tactical Glasses + Black Frame Clear/Smoke Grey/Laser LPL-B - set

Set of tactical glasses equipped with 2 Suppressor frames and 3 visors made of durable polycarbonate, intended for professional applications and eye protection in demanding conditions. The design ensures high mechanical resistance and compatibility with other equipment elements.

Polycarbonate visors - protection and durability

The visors are made of polycarbonate with a thickness of 2.4 mm, which translates to high resistance to impacts and mechanical damage. The applied ESS Optics standard guarantees full protection against UVA and UVB radiation, ensuring safety during work in conditions of strong sunlight.

The set includes 3 types of visors adapted to different scenarios:

  • Smoke Gray and Clear - light transmission respectively 15% and 90% and adaptation to intense light and work in limited visibility conditions
  • LPL-B visor - protection against IR laser radiation in the range of 820–1090 nm (OD 4.0) and 1064 nm (OD 5.0) and visible light transmission at the level of 57%

ClearZone and FlowCoat coatings

The outer surface of the visors is protected against scratches (ClearZone), while the inner one (FlowCoat) reduces fogging. The applied technologies improve durability and maintain good visibility during intense use.

appropriately contoured frames

The frames are equipped with temples in Z-Bend technology, which do not cause pressure and work well with hearing protectors. The design enhances comfort during prolonged wearing.

The glasses are equipped with a DedBolt snap system, which allows for quick and tool-free visor replacement. Cross-Series compatibility allows for easy exchange of components within the same product series.

Standards and certification - confirmed protection

The product meets a range of standards confirming the level of protection:

  • ANSI Z87.1 - 2015 (US civilian standard)
  • MIL-PRF-32432A (US military standard)
  • CE - EN 166:2001, EN 170, EN 172

ClearZone FlowCoat feature
ClearZone FlowCoat

The use of ClearZone FlowCoat technology protects the outside of the visor from scratching and the inside from fogging.

Z-Bend feature
Z-Bend

Frames made with Z-Bend technology are flexible to accommodate hearing protectors. They provide comfort and stability for use in conditions requiring the use of both accessories.

DedBolt feature
DedBolt

DedBolt snap-in system allows for easy and very quick replacement of the visor - it is mounted by means of contoured notches on its edges and a hole in the center of the glasses.

ESS Optics feature
ESS Optics

ESS Optics is a standard used in visors that prevents image distortion and provides 100% UVA and UVB protection.

EN166 feature
EN166

EN166 is a European standard for optical requirements and mechanical protection for glasses and goggles. Optical requirements include light transmission and diffusion, refractive properties, heat and UV resistance, corrosion and ignition. Mechanical protection is the resistance to object impact, within which there are 4 levels designated by the letters S, F, B and A, where S is the least protection and A is the highest.

MIL-PRF 32432 feature
MIL-PRF 32432

MIL-PRF-32432 is an American military standard for glasses and goggles, including corrective glasses. According to this standard, a set of glasses should include spare lenses, a case, an instruction manual, a cleaning cloth and a strap, depending on the type of set. Goggles must also have a protective case in the set. Glasses and goggles must be compatible with a corrective insert. The standard specifies the goggles' ability to withstand impact from a .15-inch (3.8 mm) steel bullet weighing 0.376 grams at 200 m/s. In the case of goggles, the impact resistance of a .22-caliber bullet fired at a velocity of approximately 170 m/s.

ANSI Z87.1 feature
ANSI Z87.1

Z87.1 standard developed by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for the durability of eye protectors. The standard includes two types of tests (3 tests) for the impact resistance of the lens and the stability of its seating in the frame: resistance to High Mass and High Velocity objects.
