The tent is amazing. I've had it for about half a year and it's already been on several trips to motorcycle rallies as well as individual excursions. You start pitching by setting up the flysheet first, which is very important when setting up in the rain. You can attach the bedroom to the flysheet and pack it that way. This method makes pitching the tent very quick, which was really helpful during heavy rain – after a moment, I could already shelter inside a dry tent. I didn’t even need to tighten or secure the guy lines. The frame construction kept the entire tent stable (it was raining, but there wasn’t much wind). After the rain stopped, I could finish pegging it out. Two entrances are handy as well. I tested it during heatwaves – even a light breeze easily pushed out the hot air and provided good ventilation. I wasn’t looking for an ultra-light tent, since I mostly travel by motorcycle. It’s comfortable inside, too. Obviously, for one person with luggage, it's worth choosing a two-person tent. For me, this tent is a perfect choice :) I recommend it.
The two-person tent by the Polish brand Fjord Nansen distinguishes itself with outstanding spaciousness. The Comfort model introduces a new dome structure, providing about 15% more functional space than earlier models. Vertical, straight walls increase comfort, and the contemporary design offers a modern look. Ideally suited for cycling tours, camping, and kayaking expeditions. The flysheet can also be pitched independently.
Inside, two generous vestibules and a roomy sleeping section with an integrated mosquito net at the top are provided. Tunnel poles placed outside the flysheet ensure safe assembly in wet conditions, as the flysheet is erected first, sheltering the sleeping compartment from dampness.
The sleeping section contains multiple pockets and organizers for optimal organization. The kit includes a ceiling-mountable pocket for added convenience. All flysheet seams are reinforced with additional laminate, and high-visibility guy lines improve safety.
Thanks to innovative solutions from Fjord Nansen, pitching the tent is both swift and straightforward.
