FPS Softair Lightweight Piston with steel teeth

Lightweight piston crafted from technopolymer (POM C), offering superior mechanical strength and an exceptionally low friction coefficient. The rack, featuring steel teeth,is manufactured using MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology, resulting in enhanced precision and durability over conventional machining.

Equipped with a second missing tooth as well as a third tooth reduced by 0.3 mm, the rack delivers outstanding performance in synergy with the piston gear. Guides are engineered to reduce friction and effectively retain lubricant over extended periods. Side reinforcements of the teeth bolster the piston's strength and prevent the gear from making contact with the cylinder wall.
