I use the key every day at work, clipped to a retractor on my molle vest. It's a super useful tool for anyone who works in tactical gloves. It's big in size, but because of that it's convenient. The shaft, which is the tonfa handle, fits under the thumb, so using the key is a hundred times more comfortable than with the original little cheap ones, and you don't touch the person's hands, so sterility is better—highly recommended.

As an emergency key it's okay, hard to lose.
