A set of specialized hip bands designed for targeted training. Constructed from high-quality materials resistant to repeated stretching. Engineered specifically for strengthening the gluteal muscles and the complete thigh muscle group.
Hip bands provide a comprehensive lower body workout, making them suitable as independent training equipment. Can be combined with other gear to raise the intensity of exercises. For instance, integrating the bands during barbell squats enhances activation of the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and, thanks to the bands, also targets adductor muscles.
HB12 bands deliver greater strength and resilience compared to mini bands. Ideal for more intensive and demanding workouts. Suitable for warm-ups as well, they effectively prime muscles for activity, substantially lowering the risk of injury.
Set contains two resistance bands (sizes M and L) along with a carrying pouch.
