It's important not to lie on it too long the first time; the time should be gradually increased as instructed. I recommend it.

The mat was purchased due to back pain and cramps. I find the length sufficient as it covers the entire back from the tailbone to the neck, both in length and width. I tried using it with and without a shirt. Without a shirt, the first few seconds are quite intense but positive and warming, improving blood circulation. With a thin T-shirt, the intensity is much lower. The most important thing is the duration of use and regularity if needed. I personally recommend it.
