I had long considered getting one of the Ka-Bar knives. I chose the Single Mark 1320. Definitely worth its price, the knife is perfect for me in every respect :)
The Ka-Bar 1320 knife features a classic design inspired by the knives issued to the American army in the 1940s during World War II.
Even today, with subtle modifications, it remains highly effective for both civilian and military uses. Its well-deserved reputation as an iconic knife is the result of outstanding versatility and top-tier materials.
Crafted from a single piece of premium Cro-Van 1095 steel, the knife boasts a smooth blade in the distinctive Bowie style with a shallow fuller and a black, non-reflective epoxy resin coating. Manufacturer's markings are stamped on one side of the blade, leaving the other side blank for custom engraving.
The handle is constructed from buffalo leather elements, compressed under high pressure, and incorporates a robust double-sided steel cross guard.
Hand protection against accidental slipping onto the blade is ensured by the brown buffalo leather handle.

Militaria.pl is a premium dealer of Ka-Bar.
Ka-Bar is a brand whose history dates back to the late 19th century, and which gained real fame during World War II, when the Fighting Utility model was officially adopted by the US Marine Corps. The durable and versatile knife quickly became legendary, proving itself both in combat and in the daily tasks of soldiers. The name Ka-Bar itself comes from the 1920s, when a trapper described in a letter how he managed to “kill a bear” with a Union Cutlery knife. In 1952, wanting to emphasize the power of this symbol, the company officially changed its name to Ka-Bar Knives Inc., and its products are still considered a model of reliability today. An important chapter in the brand's history is also its collaboration with Ethan Becker, which resulted in the Becker series, highly valued by users, combining practical solutions with a modern approach to knife design.
