Element’s compact electronic marker serves as an ideal tool for signaling your location, identifying team members, or providing supplemental illumination for your gear. Fitted with a CR2032 battery-powered LED, the device delivers over 140 hours of uninterrupted runtime. Two operational modes are available: continuous and flashing. Constructed from flexible silicone, the housing ensures a fully waterproof build. A Velcro strap on the housing enables secure attachment of the marker to helmets, jackets, or tactical equipment.
A lanyard is included, making it possible to wear the marker around the neck or suspend it as needed.

It works, but as people say on YouTube, you really will need to attach it with some special tape or spray it because at night it glares. Maybe it's perfect for propellers, but for someone behind you, there will definitely be spots in their eyes. I'm adding photos from the camera with IR illumination and without illumination.
