M-Tac Cuirass Elite Plate Carrier Tactical Vest - MultiCam

Tactical plate carrier vest crafted from robust 500D Cordura, outfitted with front and rear slots designed for ballistic plates that meet USA ESAPI Medium 31.8 x 24.1 cm standards, featuring upper corners cut on the plates. Engineered for military personnel and other uniformed services, this vest also meets the demands of seasoned ASG enthusiasts.

The vest's front panel incorporates an administrative compartment secured by a waterproof YKK Aqua-Guard zipper, along with a detachable module featuring three universal rifle magazine pouches. The module affixes with Velcro and is further reinforced by Woojin fasteners. Located at the chest, a Velcro slotted panel enables the attachment of MOLLE-compatible gear and identification tags.

Quick-release buckles of the Duraflex type secure the cummerbund. The skeletal design of the cummerbund greatly reduces weight while allowing for the mounting of extra pouches.

Inside the vest, padding made from spacer mesh boosts both cushioning and airflow. Ergonomically shaped shoulder straps ensure maximum wearing comfort.

MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage design, introduced in 2002 by Crye Precision, a US-based company, in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) under the Objective Force Warrior program. The primary objective was to engineer a highly adaptable pattern capable of delivering effective concealment across diverse terrains and fluctuating environmental conditions. Incorporating seven distinct colors, the MultiCam design features smooth gradient transitions between greens, browns, and beiges. This allows for dynamic adaptation to surroundings, blending into green tones within forest landscapes or adopting brown and beige hues in arid or desert regions. In Central and Eastern Europe, its performance excels during autumn months and amidst dry foliage. MultiCam has achieved global acclaim, being adopted by various military and special operations units worldwide. In 2010, the US Army officially selected this pattern for use by troops stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). MultiCam is also made available to civilians, making it a favored option among military enthusiasts and airsoft players.
