I spent a long time looking for an admin pouch for a plate carrier that would meet my requirements. I'm writing this review for officers, mainly on patrol. The pouch is very solidly made. It is also very spacious and perfect for the front of a plate carrier or any tactical vest when attached to MOLLE. There are two pockets: a smaller front one – here I keep an Olight Baton 3 Pro Max flashlight and a Venum mouthguard in its plastic case. In the main pocket, you can easily fit a duty notebook, a fine schedule, a ticket book, a phone, and a few pens. The zipper is sturdy and additionally protected, so items inside are safe from loss and water. There is hook-and-loop on the front, where I mounted an ID. The only drawback is the pointless logo right in the center, but my ID covers it, so it's fine.
