The pouch is well made and fits the CAT gen. 7 tourniquet, though it’s a tight fit. It's great that there is a place for a pen, so you won’t have to look for it in a stressful situation—you’ll know exactly where it is. I have the pouch attached to a tactical belt and it sits well.

The pouch is well made and fits the CAT gen. 7 tourniquet. It holds securely on the Whistler 35 backpack with the MOLLE system. Recently, because of a helmet carrier, I attached it to the backpack's hip belt and that’s probably the optimal place for it.
-
A good solution for carrying a tourniquet on gear thanks to the MOLLE system. It can be hung on a vest strap or anywhere else as you wish. It’s a durable and reusable solution, and there is a space for a marker for marking right at hand.

Like all M-Tac products I have bought so far, it is solidly made and well thought out. The only thing that could be improved is the molle attachment system, because the straps on the back are slid in and can sometimes slip out on their own. On the plus side, there is an elastic band on the side for a marker to write down the time the tourniquet was applied.
-
The pouch fits a CAT tourniquet, but just barely—the velcro could be longer, as it hardly closes (with the default folding of the tourniquet; you can fold it differently, which gives you a bit more velcro to grab). This flaw is manageable because the price-to-quality ratio is great.
-
With a bit of clever arrangement, scissors can also fit in the pouch. The product feels solid and well-made. The loop for the marker could be a bit bigger to fit a 'thicker' marker.
-
Very good material quality, the pouch is flexible and holds its shape well, the Velcro is strong. Plus for the flexible insert for the marker. The price matches the product's quality, I recommend it—better than Maskpol and their tourniquet pouch.

I think the product is worth buying for owners of a tactical tourniquet, as it can be conveniently stored for easy and quick access. The additional space for a pen is a nice feature. As for the downsides, it's hard to match the color to the backpack.
