Provides an option for affixing ID or Morale Patches to equipment that does not come with factory-installed velcro panels. A reinforced base with mounting points ensures secure placement of patches.     I am satisfied with the order because the patch is of very good quality, the Velcro holds firmly, and the workmanship is really very good! Thanks to the mounting system, it can be easily attached to a backpack where there are strap fastenings but no Velcro. Highly recommended!
