Overall, the shoes are comfortable, soft, and indeed keep water outside. Unfortunately, there is one or maybe two 'buts': 1: the sole is slippery, even a light rain makes it impossible to walk because you slide as if on ice skates. 2: the lacing system needs improvement—the laces wear out very quickly.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
EVA Phylon is a type of lightweight foam that has a higher density and better resilience than traditional EVA foam. It provides adequate support and cushioning in various types of shoes. It is flexible, abrasion-resistant and effectively absorbs any shock during activity.
Waterproof is a waterproof membrane characterized by high breathability. It protects the footwear from water intrusion and efficiently wicks the accumulated moisture inside to the outside, leaving the foot dry.
Hi-Poly is a lightweight, abrasion-resistant molded insole made of microporous polyurethane foam. It stabilizes the foot as well as cushions and absorbs the shock of walking. Breathable properties of the material ensure efficient wicking of moisture, and the antibacterial finish protects against odors and the proliferation of bacteria.

Very nice shoes, comfortable, they look good, but: - the construction of the highest metal 'eyelet' for the laces makes them wear out, and since purchase I've had to replace the laces twice already. - despite using impregnation spray, the top part (made of cordura) soaks up water - after a few months of use, the tread in some places wore down completely, but the shoes were used daily. Still, I recommend them. If Magnum would replace that lace eyelet with a 'half-eyelet', a 'catch' (I don't know what to call it), it would be great.
