I have fairly large hands and the standard A2 grip just never suited me, but after installing this Magpul grip, the difference was immediate. The grip simply fills the hand as it should and the wrist sits in a much more natural position. Good grip texture and a very comfortable angle. Plus, there's a compartment inside with a bottle for oil. Very good design.

Manufactured from reinforced nylon, the enlarged pistol grip features a reduced 17-degree angle, specifically designed for AR15 carbines in both compact and PDW setups.
The XL variant is approximately 25% larger than the standard grip, making firearm operation easier for users with larger hands. The grip incorporates a layer of thermoplastic polymer with a textured finish to prevent slipping, even when hands are wet or dirty. Its increased size also provides space for an internal compartment to store maintenance oil.
Installation is accomplished with either a hex key or a flathead screwdriver screw.
Note: The grip is compatible with AR10/AR15/M4/SR25 rifles chambered in 5.56x45 and 7.62x51 mm. Depending on the firearm manufacturer, there may be a gap between the beavertail and the receiver, which does not impact the functionality. The grip is not compatible with Magpul MIAD/MOE Storage Core series accessories.

Magpul is so nice that they even make green accessories so you can nicely customize your carbine :) Additionally, the grip is really wide, so everyone with large hands will be satisfied.

The grip is definitely larger than the standard version or even the standard one, so it fits great for large hands, but if someone has a smaller hand, it will be uncomfortable.

Very comfortable grip. If someone doesn't like the original mil-spec A2 and prefers a more vertical grip, they will definitely like this one. As expected from Magpul, the build quality is very good. The XL version is larger than the standard one, and if you have bigger hands, the grip fits your hand better.
