40-liter patrol backpack crafted from robust and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura.
Main compartment access is provided by a U-shaped zipper, enabling the reinforced side panels to fold out for better reach to the modular cargo pouches (secured with Velcro) included with the pack.
Equipped with two open side pockets designed for water bottles or extra gear, and a zippered pocket at the top. A flat zippered compartment is located on the rear, and the manufacturer has integrated an additional bottom pocket along with a rain cover.
Side panels feature MOLLE/PALS webbing for mounting extra pouches. The front of the reinforced flap can accommodate a helmet or climbing helmet. A front Velcro panel provides space for patches, such as Morale Patches. An additional bungee cord is included for securing equipment.
The carrying system features ergonomic, contoured shoulder straps with adjustable length, a chest strap, and a wide hip belt secured with a tough Duraflex buckle. The hip belt can be concealed behind a panel on the back wall.
Soft padding on the inner side of the shoulder straps helps prevent shoulder abrasion during extended hikes with heavy loads. Shoulder straps are shaped to ensure even weight distribution across the shoulders. A carrying handle is positioned between the shoulder straps, enabling easy hand transport or attachment to a luggage rack. The back panel in contact with the user is padded with foam for added comfort.
