The relaxed cut enables layering with a lighter sweatshirt underneath without limiting movement. The design incorporates elastic drawcords at both the cuffs and hem, enabling personalized adjustment and offering protection from cold and wind. A high collar safeguards the neck against unfavorable weather.
Equipped with two traditional zippered hip pockets for securely storing essential gear. Both chest sections and both sleeves feature stitched Velcro panels for attaching patches such as national flags, unit insignias, or Morale Patches, giving the jacket a unique, individual character.
High-wear areas like elbows, shoulders, and the zipper guards on the hip pockets are reinforced with abrasion-resistant fabric. The integrated zipper system enables the fleece to be attached to ECWCS-type jackets for use as a liner.

The wz.93 "Pantera" camouflage pattern is currently utilized by the Polish Armed Forces.
