The tactical plate carrier vest is crafted from premium Oxford polyester, renowned for its exceptional durability against mechanical wear and tear. The interior of the fabric is further reinforced with a PVC coating to enhance protection against moisture. Flexible and robust TPE materials are used for the shoulder straps.
A flat pocket with velcro closure is integrated on the front panel, accompanied by a modular section featuring three universal pouches suitable for rifle magazines. An elastic Shock-Cord with an ergonomic handle secures magazines, preventing unintentional release while allowing quick access.
Velcro panels sewn onto the front and rear chest areas offer a place to attach various identification badges, such as national flags, unit emblems, or Morale Patches. Front, side, and back PALS webbing enables the attachment of accessories via the MOLLE system.
Three robust velcro closures at the front secure the vest. Comfort is ensured with ergonomic straps and a quick-release and donning system utilizing elastic loops on the rear. The cummerbund belt connects at the back via elasticated loops, enhancing freedom of movement and wearer comfort. A reinforced evacuation handle is positioned at the top of the rear panel, also serving as a convenient carrying handle.

PHANTOMLEAF® camouflage is engineered through advanced digital analysis of terrain imagery, tailoring each variant for optimal concealment within its environment. The camouflage algorithm factors in movement and additional variables, resulting in patterns highly adaptable to diverse conditions. At the same time, PHANTOMLEAF® camouflages remain visually distinct, supporting effective "friend or foe" identification among soldiers in the field or during ASG activities.
Variant WASP I Z1B is optimized for use in rocky landscapes with sparse vegetation, such as tundra or alpine regions above the tree line. It is equally suited for urban or industrial zones characterized by concrete and steel construction and remains highly effective even when parts of the terrain are covered with snow.
