I put them in heavier shoes and you can see the difference right away. They don't come undone while walking, they hold the knot well, and they don't wear out as quickly as regular laces. It seems like a small thing, but you only appreciate it when you don't have to keep retying them all the time.

They hold well after tying and you don't have to adjust them all the time. They are quite stiff, but thanks to that they are comfortable to lace. After a few outings, nothing happens to them. I highly recommend. :)

The shoelaces look solid, it's easy to tie shoes with them. I bought a few because it's always a problem to quickly get a new pair when the originals break. Paracord 550 doesn't always manage to fit through the eyelets of shoes as a replacement for shoelaces.

At first glance, they seem like nice, normal laces. I needed them as a replacement for LOWA ZEPHIR MK2 shoes and they broke after the second use. I tied them again and they wore out again. Unfortunately, for the purposes I needed them, they didn't work.
