Advanced metal detector that can be used both on land and underwater. The Model The Legend 2 is a new, redesigned version of the flagship detector by Nokta. The IP68 waterproof rating allows full immersion of the metal detector up to five meters and ensures complete resistance to dust and dirt. The device stands out with its combination of advanced multi-frequency technology (SMF), an extended target identification scale, and a wide range of work modes, allowing for searches in various terrain and soil conditions.

The Legend 2 is lighter, more ergonomic, and more precise than the previous generation, maintaining full water resistance and long battery life. In the new version, the middle shaft is made of carbon fiber, and the armrest of lightweight ABS plastic, which reduces the weight of the entire device.

The set with the detector includes two coils: LD28 11" and LD21 8", Bluetooth aptX Low Latency wireless headphones and a detector for the youngest, Nokta Midi Hoard.

The Legend 2 uses Simultaneous Multi-Frequency (SMF) technology, meaning it scans several frequencies simultaneously to achieve maximum depth, stability, and target separation capabilities in challenging grounds and on the beach. Additionally, the user can choose from five single operational frequencies: 4 kHz, 10 kHz, 15 kHz, 20 kHz, and 40 kHz, allowing detection optimization for desired objects, such as fine gold or deeper buried historical relics.

An extended target ID scale of 99, allows precise identification of valuable finds, and 7 audio tone options provide intuitive signal reading during detection.

The detector is programmed with five factory modes, that automatically adjust detection parameters to different search environments:

• Park (coins, artifacts in park areas)
• Field (open fields and green areas)
• Beach (beaches and wet sands)
• Relic (deep searches for larger objects)
• Gold (small gold nuggets in mineralized areas).

Each of these modes is supported by the ability to save your own user settings, up to 15 personalized profiles in total.

The set with the detector includes two waterproof DD type coils: LD28 with a diameter of 11″ (28 cm) providing wide ground coverage and high detection depth, and LD21 measuring 8″× 5.5″ (21 × 14 cm), offering excellent separation and pinpointing precision in difficult terrain or limited search areas.

The Model The Legend 2 is equipped with a large, backlit LCD display and a clear button layout, which facilitates quick navigation through function menus, modes, and settings. The clear screen contains all key detection information, including target ID, work mode, battery level, and tone settings, allowing for comfortable operation even in challenging lighting or terrain conditions.

The detector is equipped with a high-capacity 6700 mAh lithium-polymer battery located in the handle, improving its balance and work ergonomics. This energy source provides long field working time, allowing for search sessions without frequent recharging. The battery can be charged with a standard USB cable, and the device also supports firmware updates wirelessly, facilitating keeping the detector in the latest software version.

IP68 waterproof rating offers complete water resistance to a depth of 5 meters. The shaft with a length adjustment range of 63-145 cm is made of lightweight and durable carbon fiber. The ergonomically shaped armrest is made from durable ABS plastic. Thanks to the materials used, the weight of the detector with the LD28 coil is 1.2 kg.

The set with the detector includes wireless over-ear headphones made in aptX Low Latency technology. They provide faster, higher-quality sound compared to a standard Bluetooth connection. This results in significantly more accurate responses to detected objects. The adjustable headband increases wearing comfort during long searches. The headphones have a built-in 1200 mAh Li-Po battery. They can be charged with the included USB cable. During charging, the LED lights up red and goes out when the process is complete.

The detector is also dust and dirt resistant. Midi Hoard operates at a frequency of 15 kHz. It has 3 sensitivity levels and 3 work modes: All Metal and 2 with different discrimination. The detector's functions and construction are tailored to children's needs. It is equipped with a pictorial panel and intuitive menu. This makes the detector easy to use. The detector in the Midi version is intended for children aged 8 to 12 years.
