Opticon Perceptor EX Telescope

The refractor telescope with a 900 mm focal length, an improved version of the Perceptor model, combines extensive observational capabilities with simple operation. With an f/15 lens speed and a 3x Barlow lens, it allows for a magnification of up to 675x, enabling observation of the Moon, planets of the Solar System, and brighter deep-sky objects with a range of up to 11.2 magnitude. It is also suitable for terrestrial observations, such as landscapes, airplanes, or birds.

High-quality lenses provide clear and contrast-enhanced images. The applied Barlow lens allows for a threefold increase in the range of magnifications. The objective lens diameter of 60 mm offers a bright image and a resolution of 2.3″. An interchangeable contrast filter for lunar observation improves image quality during full moon, making it easier to discern details. The telescope is also equipped with a 6x24 mm finderscope to facilitate precise targeting of objects.

Included are three Huygens eyepieces (12.5 and 20 mm) and Ramsden SR 4 mm, combined with a 0.98" eyepiece holder, allowing for quick adjustment of magnification according to observation conditions. The diagonal mirror increases user comfort and simplifies observation.

The telescope is mounted on an aluminum tripod with a reinforced azimuthal head and precise adjustments, providing adequate stability. This type of head is easy to operate and is especially recommended for beginners.

Along with the telescope, the user receives a set of materials to facilitate starting the astronomy adventure: star maps, computer programs, practical guides, an HD quality documentary film on DVD, 3D glasses, and a richly illustrated book "Szlakiem gwiazd" ("Following the Stars"), prepared by experts for beginner space enthusiasts.
